According to statistical data, failed implantation in two out of three cases is caused not by poor embryo quality, but by impaired receptivity of the uterine lining. At the same time, endometrial pathology (such as the common condition of chronic endometritis) does not always present with noticeable symptoms.

The clinical case presented by our doctors demonstrated the potential for assessing endometrial receptivity using an affordable and safe method – ultrasound with 3D Doppler imaging.

The essence of this new approach is the mandatory ultrasound examination of the pelvic organs on days 5-7 of the cycle, allowing for the timely diagnosis of pathological changes and their correction, thereby increasing the effectiveness of the IVF program.
