Nova Clinic at the XVI International KARM Congress
Doctors from Nova Clinic actively participated in the XVI International KARM Congress, held on November 8-9 in Almaty.

The event discussed several relevant issues, including:

• New perspectives on the development and success of oocyte maturation in vitro (IVM) in patients with PCOS and in clinical practice;
• Personalization of luteal phase support in IVF programs;
• Specifics of delayed embryo transfers;
• Possibilities of predicting the effectiveness of the embryology stage of ART based on the assessment of semen microbiota;
• Epigenetic profiles as biomarkers in the study of male infertility;
• DNA fragmentation in spermatozoa;
• Bioinformatics solutions for PGT using NGS;
• AMH and age: standardization or personalization;
• The role of preimplantation genetic testing in patients with unsuccessful IVF attempts;
• Current issues in vitrification and many other aspects.

The congress gathered reproductive specialists from 23 countries, including Russia, Israel, China, France, Italy, Japan, and many others. Nearly 6,000 people participated both in-person and online.

The annual KARM Congress is a platform that allows specialists to learn about the latest achievements in human reproduction, discuss new approaches to infertility treatment, and share experiences with colleagues from around the world.
