A scientific article by the doctors of Nova Clinic has been published in the official journal of RASUDM "Ultrasound and Functional Diagnostics." The article focuses on new methods for diagnosing endometrial polyps in cases of infertility.

The authors of the study, ultrasound specialist E.V. Minashkina and gynecologist-reproductive specialist E.V. Ozhogina, compare two approaches to ultrasound examination using the HDlive mode – 2D and 3D.

The results showed that the 3D ultrasound method with HDlive visualization is more accurate in diagnosing endometrial polyps, significantly reducing the likelihood of errors compared to the traditional 2D method.

Since the presence of polyps in the uterine cavity reduces the chances of success in in vitro fertilization programs, it is crucial to identify and correct the pathology in advance. Therefore, the discovery made by the doctors of Nova Clinic allows for improved diagnostic quality and treatment effectiveness, which is especially important for women with reduced fertility.
